Cooking

This year I did a lot of cooking more than anything else. I spent 7 weeks of Exploration to cook foods, about 4 weeks of expertise for cooking/baking class and another 7 weeks of cooking. So, basically I spent almost 127 hours on cooking/baking! Whereas, I spent only 35 hours on other expertises. I’m sorry if my calculation wrong (it’s just estimate), I’m not good at math-just to let you know. Anyway, in this cooking expertise, we learned from a chef named Matt. He taught us some basic cooking, like how to cut vegetables, fry fish, pouch an egg, etc. We also learned about kitchen safety. We do baked in this class. The last week of this class, we had a test. I did really bad, and I got the lowest score in the team. It was because I was stubborn, I didn’t listened to what my teacher said. We learned cooking because next year, we’ll move to the new Liger campus and cook by ourselves.
