I had running in the early morning and at the evening. I did a lot of running this year because I was getting ready for the races. Sometimes I felt so tired after a long day of learning in class, but I need to go to run with my friends. We ran around the community. We ran at least 5km, and maximum about 7km. Though, sometimes we ran 10km. When I ran, I often got hurt at my side, hurt my legs, and really thirsty. Most of the time, I got blisters after running. I probably need a friend to run with me, so I felt more confident. Running help to improve my braviest, and help to make my health become better.
